Our boys love watching Cake Boss and pretending that they're him. One day when I asked them what they wanted to do they said they wanted to play Cake Boss for real "And that means we have to make fondant Mom." So, we got all fancy and made a homemade orange cake filled with orange custard and I found a recipe for marshmallow fondant. The fondant worked beautifully, though it was incredibly sweet! The orange cake and custard filling were awesome though. We had so much fun! The boys were so proud of this cake! They wanted me to call Cake Boss and ask him to come over so they could show it to him, because "He'd be really proud of us, huh Mom?" Cuteness!
