Welcoming . . .

B joined our family  at 4:55 p.m. He arrived perfect, healthy, and beautiful! Nat and I are so grateful to have him as part of our family. We are enjoying him so much! And Grandma and Aunt Kelli's help has been much appreciated! It's been fun to have them here. For anyone who is wondering how
Proud new Papa

This is my favorite picture so far. He's been so wide-awake and alert ever since he was born. So cute!

Baby Shower

The baby shower was so fun. Cherie and Shauna from our ward threw it for me. I used to be their visiting teachers. They are so sweet. It was a lot of fun and people were so kind. It was fun to have Mom and Kelli there too!

June Pictures

Nat on his Happy Birthday. Aren't the little soccer balls on his cake cute?
Nat and Kari on Nat's birthday.
My hansome husband on Father's Day, freshly shaved with his new electric razor, and wearing his new Father's Day outfit.
The beautiful table Nat set on my birthday. I turned 30!!!
Don't you love my cake? =) Nat actually made a really good custard for my "cake" but we couldn't get candles in it, so this is the "cake" he made for me so I could still blow out my candles!
Some very pretty cookware that my Nat got me for my birthday.

The cute daddy-to-be putting together the crib. Someone from my work very kindly donated the crib to us! Said they couldn't use it anymore. Such nice people.
One final shot of our bathroom with the finishing touch: The cute little cupboard!
We don't have any 4th of July pictures, but we did have a fun day. We started out going to a flag raising ceremony and breakfast at the chapel. There was an amazingly good turnout. We didn't end up going to the fireworks because I was SO FREAKING HOT and swollen and it was a HOT evening. That and the fact that the news announced that some of the major fireworks shows were being cancelled due to high winds on the beaches where the fireworks were going to be set off. But we enjoyed what festivities we could.
