The Guy

Bixente Leonard Guy loves to cook. He also says very funny things. Yesterday Bixente pushed a chair up to the kitchen counter and said "The Guy wants to cook." Too cute! (I thought his Grandpa Guy might especially enjoy that story!) This is a picture of Bixente cooking with his Papa. They were making black forrest cake. When Bixente tasted the batter he gave up on helping and started trying to get as much chocolate in his mouth as he could!

Fun at the Farm

This was actually another of our Halloween activities. We were invited to a farm with some friends. It started raining just as we were arriving, but it let up and was nice. We had a good time and Bixente was very excited about holding the baby chics.

Playing in the puddles is Bixente's favorite activity. So now I come prepared and always have the rubber boots in the back of the car or in the stroller just in case!

Bixente loved jumping on the trampoline. It scared me a bit since a friend of his recently broke his leg on a trampoline, but I remember how much I loved jumping on them when I was a kid so I couldn't say no.

What Did I Tell You?

He loves boots! Here's Bixente trying to wear some of mine. Walking was a little difficult.

A Snuggle

The other morning I had gotten up early to feed Sebastien and while I was doing that Bixente had gone in to our room and was trying to wake Nat up. As soon as he was done eating Sebastien went crawling down the hall as fast as he could go calling for Bixente. Bixente called back "I think I hear a snuggle coming!" I thought it was darling. He's right, Sebastien is very affectionate and when he got to Bixente and Papa he smothered them in kisses and snuggles. Just look at that cute boy. How could you resist a snuggle with him?

Trick or Treat

First of all, I know there are a lot of pictures. They are in 3 posts. Please look at them all and comment and make me happy! =) Nat had a week of vacation so we did lots of fun Halloween things this week.

We went to the church to do the "trunk or treat." Both boys loved it. I took the boys around while Nat passed out candy at our car. When we were done Bixente told him "Bixente did trick or treat! I do it again!" And smart little Sebastien knew there was candy in his bucket and had his little head down in it trying to decide what he wanted. He had his little hands full of as many lollie-pops as he could get a hold of.

Sweet Sebastien walking with his papa.

Mommy with her dragon and Tigger.

"Trick or treat"

Checking out their bootie. Bixente loved his Thomas the Train bucket from his Grandma Duquette. He calls it his "Thomas Purse."

Halloween Party

The boys and I went to a little Halloween costume party. We had so much fun. I loved to see them enjoying themselves so much and it was funny to see both of them stuffing their little mouths full of cupcakes and lolliepops as fast as they could. I tried to slow them down with the sugar, but they won out in the end.

The happy little Sebastien man.

Bixente making a pasta and bean picture. I was amazed he knew how to work the glue and put the things on himself. I didn't need to help him at all. Doesn't he look like he's having fun?

Sebastien downing a cupcake. Good thing there was a tarp on the carpet.

Bixente and Stevie decorating their own cupcakes.

Sebastien and Mommy. (I know it isn't my best hair day.) Doesn't Sebastien just pose beautifully for the camera?

Bixente getting his face painted.

Bixente on his 3rd or 4th lolliepop.

Pumpkin Carving

We got a white pumpkin this year to change things up a bit. We thought it was pretty cool.

Bixente got bored waiting for the pumpkin guts to get scooped out so he started dancing around on a chair with a bowl on his head. He does not like to have dirty hands so he did not want to help clean out the pumpkin.

Bixente helping Papa cut out the Jack O' Lantern's face with the drill.

My boys!

It turned out kind of cool looking didn't it? Nothing fance in the carving, but with the white skin it looks like a ghost!

"A Boo Boo On My Chicken"

B is very funny. At least I sure think so! Unfortunately about a month ago he sprained his ankle badly enough we had to go to Urgent Care for X-rays and he was in a little brace for a week or so. However; he thought the X-ray machine was quite awesome because he has the book "Curious George Goes to the Hospital" and Curious George gets an X-ray while he's there. Today B was playing and stubbed his little toes and he came running up to me and told me "I have a boo boo on my chicken!" Why he said his "chicken" I really don't know, but I told him I'd kiss it better and he said "No kissie. B goes to the doctor." I guess he wants another X-ray! Silly little cutie.
