Today was the Fed Ex picnic. We went looking forward to an afternoon of BBQ and soccer at Fort Monroe. We got the tables all set up and the hamburgers going, and started to play a little basketball (Nat got plenty of compliments on his wife's jump shot--I couldn't resist bragging a little!) when it started to downpour! We were totally soaked. This is Nat and the rest of the crew trying to salvage the food and pack it back up in the cars. The picnic is postponed till next Saturday when we'll hope for a nice sunny day.

Picnic in the Rain

Gotta love spring time in the south! You'll never know what you'll get with southern weather...but at least it was postponed.
