Another Fall Festival

I seriously love all the free family events they have around here.  It is so awesome!  Here we are with some friends at the family fall festival and it was fantastic.  Bounce houses, carnival games, pony rides, petting zoo, balloon animals and cotton candy-- ALL FREE!  And for just $5 both boys got a T-shirt and an awesome Transformers Lego set!  It was amazing.  So glad to have great friends that keep us abreast of all the cool events!

 This little guy, Emil, is E's age and he kept watching her to see if she was watching him do his little tricks.  To my great surprise and E's, he suddenly kissed her right on the lips!  She looked startled for a second then puckered up and smooched him right back!  I couldn't stop laughing.

 This fishing game was a favorite!

 Love these guys!  Such nice people.  We met them for lunch at a Chinese place, then N left for work, and the kids and I joined them for festival.

 E was so thrilled to have a balloon of her very own.  She bawled hysterically when it popped and I took the pieces away from her, poor thing!

 Free pony rides!  How cool is that?  B and E both got rides.  Poor S ran up to a pony so excited for a ride and the pony spooked and started trying to buck.  (He wasn't on it yet.) He was so terrified after that that he ran back to me and refused to take a ride on any of the ponies.  But B and E loved it!  I couldn't get a picture of E because I was holding her in the seat.

 First time eating cotton candy.  As you can see they both quite enjoyed it.  Come to think of it, I believe that's the first time in my life that I have ever tasted cotton candy!
