Well, my N is 35! We had a fun little birthday party for him. The boys helped me bake a cake and we even made homemade pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants)--something N regularly tells me he misses from home. It took me 9 hours, but look how pretty they turned out in the second picture. I was very proud when N said they tasted like the ones from home! We even got a babysitter and got to go on a date that evening.
It's a little dark, but I love this picture of N. His smile is so happy and sweet.
Notice the little boys helping blow out the candles. Sadly, E missed the party as she was sleeping and couldn't stay awake any longer.

oh nat!!!! please forgive us!!! we have your birthday written on our computer calendar but not on the one on my wall! and i never look at the one on the computer!! oh i'm so sorry we didn't call. we really love you and hope you had a GREAT birthday!
