B will be a year old at the end of this month. I can't believe it's gone so fast! He already has quite the vocabulary which I find rather amazing for someone his age. He'll literally entertain himself for hours each day pointing at things and asking me "Wha dat?" He knows everything has a name and he wants to know what it is--little smartie pants. I won't transliterate what he says but here are a list of our not quite one year old yet's words:

dog
help (not because he needs help but because he wants to help)

balloon

ya
His 2 sentences so far are "Look! Hi cat." and "What's that?"

Okay that is SUPER advanced for a 1 year old. What are you doing? Reading to him 24hrs a day! That's so great! I'm so sad we couldn't come visit. That means we have to come up with another excuse for a trip out there later, though...
